Synthesis of (+) 8-O-Cinnamyl-p-chlorogoniotriol and its Analogues
摘要:
(+)8-O-Cinnamyl-p-chlorogoniotriol (p-chlorohowiinol A) and its analogues have been synthesised in nine steps from α-D-glucoheptonic-γ-lactonc. Pharmacological tests showed that most of the compounds possessed antitumor activities toward tumor cell in voro.
