Two novel polyoxygenated pyrrolylpyridine and bipyrrole alkaloids, speranskilatine A 1, and speranberculatine A 2, have been isolated from Speranskia tuberculata.Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods including 2D NMR techniques and X-ray crystallographic analysis.
