SYNTHESIS AND PARTIAL CHARACTERIZATION OF WATER SOLUBLE RAPE POLLEN DODECAPEPTIDE

A dodecapeptide extracted from rape pollen was synthesized using solid-phase method,its conformations in different states were studied by FT-IR,CD,and its physiological activities were determined.Sevensegments and five analogs were also synthesized to elucidate the structure-function relation.
