摘要: Three 2-oxoglutaric acid analogues were synthesized. Their interaction with factorinhibiting hypoxia-inducible factor (FIH) was studied using LC-MS method. The results show that hydrophobic substitutes of 2-oxoglutaric acids have great influence on their inhibitor activity.
