摘要:
In order to search for new potent anti-inflammatory and analgesic agents inpyrrolizinones, the title compounds were designed and synthesized. A series of the compoundswere prepared with two different synthetic schemes. Some of the compounds showed remarkableanti-inflammatory and/or analgesic activities on mice.
