Separation of Peptides by Pressurized Capillary Electrochromatography

摘要: A novel gradient pressurized capillary electrochromatography (pCEC) instrument wasdeveloped to separate peptides. Two gradient elution modes, hydrophobic and hydrophilicinteraction mode in pCEC, were performed on this instrument. Baseline separation of sixpeptides was obtained on two gradient modes with C18 column and strong cationic exchangecolumn respectively. The effects of mixer volume and total flow rate of pumps on resolutionwere also discussed.
